When do I pay?
Payment follows a confirmed booking — the consultant will confirm the next steps via phone, email or chat with due delivery of receipts and documents of your payment.
Which areas do you cover?
We're live in Chennai and expanding across Tamil Nadu's major cities, including Coimbatore, Madurai, Tiruchirappalli, Salem and Tirunelveli.
Are your providers verified?
Yes. Every provider is checked for licence, registration and qualifications before they can take visits. You're matched only with verified, active professionals.
Is my information safe?
Your contact and health details are encrypted at rest, and only authorised staff can access them. We follow India's DPDP data-protection requirements.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Tell the consultant when they call, or contact us — bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled before the visit.
