1. Scope of Services
360 Home Healthcare may provide orthopaedic consultations, sports injury management, arthroscopy services, multi-speciality consultations, telemedicine, physiotherapy, neuro rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, pharmacy services, orthotics and braces, diagnostics and laboratory services, home healthcare, wellness programs, fitness programs, diet and nutrition services, medical camps, training programs, and allied healthcare services.
2. Eligibility
Users must be legally competent to enter into binding agreements. Minors may use services only through a parent or legal guardian.
3. Medical Disclaimer
The Platform does not replace emergency medical services. In emergencies, users must immediately contact emergency services or visit the nearest hospital.
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Healthcare outcomes vary among individuals. No guarantee is provided regarding diagnosis, recovery, treatment success, rehabilitation outcomes, surgical outcomes, fitness results, or health improvements.
5. Telemedicine Terms
Users acknowledge limitations inherent in remote consultations, including technology failures and inability to perform complete physical examinations.
6. User Responsibilities
Users must provide complete and accurate medical information, including medications, allergies, diagnoses, reports, and treatment history.
7. Consent to Treatment
Booking or participating in services may constitute consent to receive such services, subject to applicable legal requirements.
8. Diagnostics and Laboratory Services
Results may vary due to biological, technical, transportation, sampling, or laboratory factors.
9. Pharmacy Services
Prescription medicines shall be dispensed only as permitted by law. Users remain responsible for following medical advice and dosage instructions.

11. Rehabilitation, Fitness and Wellness
Exercise and rehabilitation activities involve inherent risks, including injury, aggravation of existing conditions, disability, or illness.
12. Orthotics, Braces and Medical Devices
Performance, comfort, and effectiveness may vary by individual user and condition.
13. Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments remain subject to clinician availability, emergencies, and operational requirements.
14. Payments and Billing
Users agree to pay all applicable consultation fees, service charges, taxes, pharmacy costs, diagnostic charges, and subscription fees.
15. Cancellation and Refunds
Refunds and cancellations shall be governed by applicable policies and law.

Users consent to receive communications through email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls, and push notifications.

All content, branding, software, educational material, trademarks, and systems remain the property of 360 Home Healthcare.
19. Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not misuse the platform, provide false information, engage in unlawful conduct, or interfere with platform operations.

Certain services may involve third-party doctors, laboratories, pharmacies, hospitals, payment processors, and logistics providers.
21. Service Availability
Services may be interrupted due to maintenance, outages, cyber incidents, force majeure events, or regulatory requirements.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360 Home Healthcare shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
23. Indemnity
